When we were looking for a way to showcase sweet potatoes for our annual Lawton Farmers Market potluck this year, we found this delicious version of a pie. Not your plain old boring pumpkin, or plain sweet potato, but a pie with a delicious ginger pecan crumble! The pecans and eggs also came from the Lawton Farmers Market! It turned out delicious and got a thumbs up from Joe Coleman, because it was one of his Sterling naturally grown sweet potatoes! You will love it!
